The “Strengther” movement is Taking Off

Many of you have not been on the HUB for several days.

A lot has been happening.  Many great ideas to create successful opportunities for all students.

We know you have wonderful ideas to share. So, when you have a chance, come back to HUB, share your best thinking, and start collaborating.

Tell your colleagues and friends about the HUB and expand the Strength-Based Justice Circle.  Connect the HUB to your own social network.

The “Strengther” movement is taking off.

Educate – Organize – Mobilize.  Remember, it’s all about relationships.

Award Winning Student

On Wednesday, my award winning at-hope student wrote: “My life is not as great as my friends’ lives are. Last night, the police came. We had to get a restraining order against my step-dad. Everything is all right now.” Teachers know these stories. We are experts. We have taught thousands of students. We have experienced thousands of children’s stories. Together, let’s create a #StrengthBasedEDU for them so that the most important part of their day is their individual talents and strengths. #SBJSummit #Hope

Shared Vision.

Shared Vision.

Table 1 talks about a #SharedVision where #NewLeadership works towards #CommonGoals where substitute teachers, students, community members and more WANT to be at the school. Table 1 talks about commitment with follow through. Schools that run because they use their strengths. Sustainability and consistency with 3 different administrators? No problem. A committed #TeacherDriven staff can keep the school running smoothly so that CHILDREN and STUDENTS have the protection they need.

Citizens of the World

We got this. We can be the change we want to see in the world. “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” #MargaretMead #SBJSummit #WeAreCTA
