On Wednesday, my award winning at-hope student wrote: “My life is not as great as my friends’ lives are. Last night, the police came. We had to get a restraining order against my step-dad. Everything is all right now.” Teachers know these stories. We are experts. We have taught thousands of students. We have experienced thousands of children’s stories. Together, let’s create a #StrengthBasedEDU for them so that the most important part of their day is their individual talents and strengths. #SBJSummit #Hope
